Celebrate Mother’s Day With An Elegant Brunch At Napa Valley Grille

Your mother fed and nurtured you, now it is time to return the favor – treat her to an elegant brunch at a fine restaurant like Napa Valley Grille. Napa Valley Grille is offering Mother’s Day an exclusive 3-course special menu that will be available only on May 14 for $45/person (from open to 3:00pm). The one-day-only menu features Soft Shell Crab (cucumber & myoga salad, puffed rice, ginger-cilantro emulsion), Braised Pork Chilaquiles (guajillo & ancho peppers, scrambled egg, sour cream, pico de gallo, quest fresco) and Tiramisu.

We had a preview of the feast, here are our selections:

  • Starters:

-Watermelon Gazpacho (mint, grilled pineapple, lemon, Parmesan).

-Baby Beet & Burrata Salad (arugula, toasted pine nuts, tarragon vinaigrette).

-Chicken Liver Tartine (pecan-raisin bread, onion-thyme jam, San Andreas goat cheese, peppercress).

  • Main:

-Steel Head Trout (farrotto, roasted eggplant, mizuna, lemon vinaigrette).

-Braised Pork Chilaquiles (guajillo & ancho peppers, scrambled egg, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso fresco).

-Crunchy French Toast (macerated strawberries, powdered sugar, vanilla anglaise sauce).

  • Dessert:

-Passion Fruit Pots de Crème (raspberry jelly, sable cookie).
