Thousands of devoted cat admirers gathered at The Reef in downtown Los Angeles to experience all things feline. The two day event featured mega brands Rachel Ray Nutrish, Hill’s Science Diet, World’s Best Litter, Petco and Kat Von D. Many of the brands offered goodies for cats and their humans such as cat food samples, cat themed shirts, cat hats, cat houses (cardboard boxes), toys and cat eye makeovers.
Buzzfeed and Rachel Ray Nutrish teamed up to provide caticatures to attendees to render themselves as cats. A Colorwear station allowed feline aficionados color their own free cat shirt. VIP ticket holders had a chance to meet cat celebrity Lil Bub.
Fixnation was also present to gift cat
parents cat nip and provide education concerning spaying/neutering. Every $1 from CatCon LA tickets sold went to Fixnation. Several cats found forever homes this weekend as spcaLA brought in kittens and adult cats for adoption. To find more information visit http://www.catconla.com.
